Your Health Matters

A wise woman once said " You can't pour from an empty cup" at the time I was too young to appreciate these words, but throughout my career I have learnt that a healthy body is vital for a healthy mind and happy life. Good nutrition gives us the strength to achieve our goals, no matter what they are in life. 

Here at JA Health and Nutrition we aim to improve your health through good nutrition. We can help improve your mental health or sports performance, manage new and exisiting food allergies and intolerances or adapt your diet to suit your particular health condition. 



Jessica graduated in 2011 from a bachelor degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) and since has been working as an Accredited Practising Dietitian all over Australia.

Jessica has worked in a range of speciality areas in both hospital and community settings. These include heart disease, stroke, lung and respiratory conditions, Parkinson's and other neurological disorders, mental health, pre and post surgery nutritional modification, cancer and food allergies and intolerances (including Irritable bowel syndrome and Inflammatory bowel disease). 

Additionally, Jessica has recently completed her Master's in Health Science, were she developed further skills in stroke and chronic disease management (including Diabetes and heart disease) and systems management.
